Project management & realisation

After helping you select the best heating system, our project managers assist with implementing the new system – and will even take care of the whole process if you wish. Our services are available in English and include dealing with the public authorities, contractors and tradespeople as your intermediary, compiling permits and making sure the prices you pay are market prices (cost control):

Detailed planning of the trades – heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration and sanitation – from preliminary project to implementation (for refurbishment and new houses)
Detailed planning of solar systems
Coordination of all trades including electrical planning
Compiling and submitting all necessary permits, applications and energy certificates including applications for subsidies
Inspections during construction, commissioning and defect checks
